Collaborating with local surfboard builders, we developed a highly innovative process to capture & repurpose excess resin left over from making surfboards-- a material now known as "Surfite".
It's not easy, but it's so worth it! Instead of becoming trash in local landfills, the scrap resin is transformed into Betty Surfite jewelry & becomes treasure for surfers & ocean lovers across the globe.
Each stripe of color in our surfite jewelry is from a surfboard hand-crafted & shaped here in California. These boards now ride waves, always keeping you connected to the stoke of the ocean. How cool is that?
