One size fits most, but will fit smaller wrists more like a bangle.
Instructions: Slip on sideways at smallest part of your wrist then, holding back of bezel firmly against your wrist (or lay wrist down on table facing up) adjust as needed slow & smooth for optimal fit. Keep this setting in place by removing gently at same spot. Cuff will have a “memory” and require minimal or no adjusting to take on and off.
