About Betty Gold: Gold sea glass jewelry has just been either hard to find or too expensive. We know this and wanted to do something about it. After a boatload of R&D, we finally came up with a happy medium for you gold lovers out there who kept asking us for it!
The charm is 24k gold vermeil (over 925 sterling). Vermeil has a thicker gold coating and is much higher quality than standard gold plated jewelry. Just so you know, we expect these to stay shiny gold for many moons! We do admit, this won't stay gold forever, especially for you core 24/7 wearers, but when the time comes, we can either take your piece in for recycling and offer a small credit toward a new one or, if you prefer, provide a re-dipping service (for a small fee).
